@thebackfiller This would be due to the fact Apex Legends does not support Cross-Progression. This means if you go to a different platform the items you have unlocked do not go with you.
For clarity, Apex does have Cross-Play, where you are able to play with friends on different platforms. If you are wanting to keep your items playing on PC with cross-play may be something to consider.
