[2021] EA doesn't care about it's players

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with account-related issues on the forums. Once an account has been Banned, investigations of bans are handled by a dedicated Terms of Service team, Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account it is possible it can take some time to hear back as this team does work on all disputes for Bans players have.  

 

Once our TOS team has investigated your ban and any dispute you have against it, they will reach out to you about what might happen with your account.
