Thanks for letting us know what your seeing in Apex, Can you try the follow if you haven't and let us know if this continues?
- Run the System File Checker tool then check for device and driver updates
- Run Apex as an admin
- Verify Time, Date, Langauge match your region
- Run your device in a Clean Boot then try to launch the game.
