This one certainly sounds a bit strange with that overlap.
We're unable to review account actions on the forums, but I've passed that along to be checked into given the unusual circumstances here.

It looks like you've already submitted an appeal with our Terms of Service team, which is great.
At this point you'll just need to wait to hear back from them regarding the account action as it's not something we can otherwise change from the forums, thanks!
That's not something we'd be able to review on the forums, sorry.
In many cases an account will receive a 7-day suspension initially, followed by a permanent ban if there are additional violations after that point.
It would be best to speak with support so they can take a look over the account and see which this may be, or if you haven't appealed the action and would like to do so you can follow these steps instead. Thanks!
