Hey, @HieiFade To check which platform are you playing on? Also, can you confirm if any of the following has happened with your EA Account?

 

  • Unlinked your platform account and linked to another EA account
  • Switch to another platform (PC to Switch, Xbox to PlayStaiton)
  • Created a platform and EA account on your platform

Hi @HieiFade Thanks for the update, If you have unlinked your platform account and linked it to a new EA account there are items you lose:

 

  • games and game progress
  • DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
  • memberships and subscriptions
  • in-game purchases.

We have a help article, Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account, That goes further into what happens if you decided to unlink your platform account. You would be unable to get access to your games or progress on the new account.
