[2023] Banned Account Bug??? (Season 17)

I've removed one of the attachments showing your inbox just to be safe. Please keep in mind these are public forums visible to everyone. 

The ban history section of the website shows primarily account actions and not all in-game penalties may display there, sorry for the confusion.

Since you're seeing the ban message appear when you actually try to play however, this isn't likely a bug. As @XHelperZ mentioned, it would be best to contact our Terms of Service team at this point so they can take another look at why this was applied to your account.

You can create an appeal to get started with that process, and they'll reach back out via email once the investigation is complete.
