@TTJek To check the image you added "2.png" do you get that message when trying to play BR, or when trying to access the lobby?

 

Also, would it be possible to get a DxDiag and a UOTrace?

@TTJek Apologies for the delayed response, it does look like the last few hopes jump up in ping when trying to reach out to our servers, are you able to run a uotrace where the packet gets to 100/100 versus 7/7?

@TTJek Thank you for getting this, it looks like your last hopes still run into high ping times, and one point had packet loss. To confirm you've already port forwarded, changed DNS, allowed Origin/Apex through any security, tried a static IP?

 

If so to check do you mainly run off a Hard-wire connection or what type of network do you connect to?
