When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that issues like this are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ.

Hey @Dresd2,   Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.   After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.   You can create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.

I don't know why they would refer you here as unlinking an account and losing your progress is not a bug. To get your progress back, you'll need to relink the accounts. You'll need to continue working with an advisor to get some help with this.

I removed the image showing personal details. This is one of the ways you get hacked. Please make sure you DO NOT post any personal details that can be used to gain access to your account.

 

We cannot assist with bans over Answers HQ. You'll need to submit another dispute if you haven't done that 3 times already. Instructions for disputes can be found here.
