@PNWJGehrtz Hey there! For outfits bought in the Marketplace or earned through Challenge Cards, please note that relaunching your game should bring them back. Rest assured, you will not be losing any of these outfits. We are continuing to investigate this issue and are working on a fix!

@mcnulty25 Sorry you are having issues with your rewards not showing up! If you have already tried exiting & relaunching the app, our Square Enix Support team can take a look at your account to see what happened. Can you please fill out a ticket?
