If I recall correctly, the version in-game is actually accurate to the overall legion while the image shown above was for a specific group within the legion.

How long does it take for Droidekas to be made?
Quite a while. There were some technical hurdles to overcome, which the team have now solved. Our animators are masters at the craft.
How long on average would it take to make a Reinforcement/blaster hero? I’m not a dev but I imagine they’re easier than saber heroes because you don’t have to worry about as many attack animations and stuff.

Yes.
Actually I'd say 2-3 months is a big ask. As a 3D Animation and Modeling student I have a pretty good idea of what goes on behind the scenes. It's very difficult to make things for a student project let alone a AAA video game. This is also considering the majority of DICE was pulled to work on BFV. I'd say if it's not already in production, it's not coming by November or even December, let alone August.
Edit: Also, since they're apparently taking July off, there's almost no way we get it by August.

Edit: It is looking like PlayStation is currently having some difficulties with their service, we'll continue to keep an eye on this - hopefully it should resolve shortly.
