Thank you. We don't get much as it is.

Hindsight is 20:20. I don't think we would have marketed it like that had we know how things would have gone. There were a few reasons, though, none of which I'll get into.

It’s lower but still very healthy. PC is almost always lower. I play on PC.

team are investigation

this is getting out of hand. now there are 2 of them

it seems like the team is doing everything but investigating the issues. they either investigate ads, or they are the investigation.

edit: Well, that was a fast edit, EA_Charlemagne

Do you want to fight?

Not sure, but PC's player-base is somewhat smaller than Xbox's and PS4's to my knowledge.

On a scale form 1-100 how accurate is this? http://swbstats.com/

We can also do this if you don't wanna to be so specific.

Cold? Luke warm? Warm?

For the first game? No clue.

This. It's a lot higher than before (and very healthy) but it's more accurate to say it hasn't been as high since said time period.

It's not a threat. I'm not "the wrong person" nor do I know anyone who is. But no one wants another "pride and accomplishment". Or you telling this to someone with a big following that can make a big deal about it. We all want a nice, tight community with no harrassment coming from both EA or the fans.

Don't worry, there's a line that won't be crossed. Been doing this long enough.

One of these days, you're going to attack the wrong person and this community will lose a decent community manager.

Also "but then we will always believe we can do better" --> that's literally what you should ALWAYS do at any job. What a mediocre statement.

I'll take my chances, thanks. Although, I don't take idly to threats (master Jedi).

Well yes, everyone should always strive to do better. In work and outside of it.

Glad to hear you think I'm decent, thanks.

Agreed he really needs to stop this. Remember the ‘come do better’ tweet? As community manager, he’s representing DICE in an official position in a public place, so for him to be a dick to when someone calls him out on a legitimate grievance is completely unprofessional. But he won’t get fired because the higher ups know they won’t get anyone else.

I'm not going to stop. I refuse to resort to "Thank you for your feedback, I will pass it on", or similar.

I've spoken to Swanny multiple times and always had a good back and forth, there's probably fun being had on both sides.

What he says is true, we probably could do a better job on some things, but then we will always believe we can do better. There is a balance between bugs and content that we've tried to address and I do believe we have made progress. We've certainly fixed numerous bugs throughout the last year but it's true that some remain.
