Is there any chance we could see that bug list made public? It'd be great to see a list of bugs you know about so we can stop posting about them.
We know about everything, it's very rare that something gets talked about that we aren't already tracking. It's just a prioritisation game as to what gets fixed vs time spent on the new content.
Yeah, here’s the reason: DICE keeps forgetting Showdown exists even though it’s the superior Hero mode.
Sadly it makes the playerbase forget about it too when they learn that there’s less maps to play on.
Y’know, originally Showdown was only on one map: Jabba’s Palace.
It got old like that really fast.

Has anyone else exclusively played co-op since its release? I only play a couple hours a week, but I love how I can just play as a trooper (heroes are less common) and it doesn't feel competitive. I've been leveling up my Heavy lately and it's been a ton of fun.
It's not my go-to game mode. Is perfect for when I only have 20-30mins of free time for a quick game of something.

Never knew bug reports were part of my job, learn something new everyday.
For what it's worth, the vast majority of bugs here get logged within our internal tracking tools for investigation etc. We went through the process of saying "seen", "tagged" etc to know we have seen threads and it was met with a lot of unhappiness after a while, so it stopped.
Yeah if this was a normal game, support would have been gone after the first couple updates since it would be losing tons of money but Disney forced EA to keep supporting the game so they could have a decent modern star wars game.
It was an EA decision to support us and let us continue. This is a EA Good scenario.

This is the first i've heard of this bug and I had tried to be around as much as possible during the holidays too, out of curiosity did you take any footage or screenshot showing that you had completed it? Have you tried to get in touch with EA Help to see if they could send through the item manually? What platform did this occur on?
I'm picturing you and Ben in the office, when Ben walks past you quckly tab out of microsoft paint, Ben asks:
"What are you doing?"
"Nothing..."
"...sure."
Then a few hours later when Ben see's this:

Little bit of a surprise addition this weekend. We also felt it was needed as we had an issue over the holidays where Double XP Wednesday would take precedence over the Triple XP event that was ongoing at the time.

We're going to make some minor changes to the Officer in the next update. Mostly around BP gain and the Battle Command 'cone'.
