I don’t get the devs sometimes, really. They couldn’t even fix the event bugs since the last time the even started more than a month ago. Still the same UI bugs as before. Is it so hard to put some work into bug fixing or is the team really so small that they can’t afford to deal with anything which is broken in this game?
Keep in mind they don't get paid for fixes, just for new content so fixes have to be worked in between other tasks. And they are all working from home during covid
Until you upgrade everything you'll get less out than you put in. Eventually it really does start to pay off
Your best bet is to farm dreadnight chests from the festival of fear lair, an use your dreadnight coins to buy more from festival vendors. There's also a very small chance the mount drops directly in FoF
Wait, is this a 0% chance for every upgrade for rare and epics, or just for 0-1 because I don’t think you can fail 0-1. Also, is this a permanent change. Sorry it’s late for me and I still am new to the game.
Before the fall update, upgrading from 0 to +1 was guaranteed never to break. When the update came, that got changed because you no longer lose fortification levels when enhancement fails. A lot of people complained, so they are changing it back to the way it used to be, but only for rare and epic. Legendary and Mythic gear could still break at 0 to +1
No change in this game is ever really permanent, especially with the enhancement system. Devs are still looking for the perfect balance so they'll keep tinkering with it
The elitism isn't nearly as bad as it used to be, but it still exists and you might see it flair up on PS4 as people who don't know what they are doing convince themselves their way is the only right way. Your best bet is to run dungeons with a guild and you won't risk getting kicked just for having a shield on your back. Saders are just as valuable as every other class

There is no end to the bag space quest until you hit the 200 max. But you can remove quests from your tracker so you don't have to look at them. Or just don't pick up the quest again when you hand it in next time
One more doubt, when upgrading the Rare gear, are the common enhancement merchants good? Or do i have to find Rare enhancement merchants for it? Because I don't want to break my gear while upgrading it. Or if there's something that can improve my chances to not break it?
Master enhancer will never break your gear but charge you more. If the common enhancer fails and your gear is rare or above, it will break and need to be repaired. Failstacking is an important part of enhancement now. Here's a guide https://youtu.be/OGzcUCtZR3k
Look for other people doing weekly field bosses above your gear score like Bashal in Gnoll Wastes and go join in. There's a good chance they will drop an upgrade. Bone Dragon too if people have started killing him on your server yet
Faction reputation, grinding out a final build, collecting mounts and running abyssal dungeons to pass the time until the next content update continues the campaign quest chain
There are no level restrictions on equipment in this game
