You should check App Store or Google Play for the Optional update we've released. This was fixed.
I decided to check buffed Collete in Starr Park. She still deals minimum 200 damage to bots. Only percentage was changed. Idk if its only in training cave or its everywhere
The Starr Park Entrance requires a mandatory update for a fix. Will not happen anytime soon.

It's not an "oopsie" however. Whenever we apply fast fixes these are only handled on the server side. The Starr Park Entrance (!) needs a mandatory update to be fixed. ;)

I still remember in a rainy November day where I skipped school from the floodings, I decided to pick up brawl stars. And right when I saw the "we need to talk" video in the news tab, I was concerned. But after 10 minutes of complete silence. The camera came up on you and then this happened

It's nothing we "forgot". We're still planning to do something in this direction - we simply had other priorities this update (like turning off bots, etc.) and it didn't fit in with the schedule we had. ;)
I love the art and how the suggestions are on different pieces of paper so it can be easily changed :D But let’s see how it goes first before changing everything before players can play with her. We are aware of the possible problems we might have with her, but ready to rebalance if needed :)
