Hey there! Yup, that was us. We are investigating the timeout issue and need more info to help out the team. If you are running into this issue kindly share your UID and region so we can look into it further.

We do appreciate your hesitancy to share out information, but just as a general FYI UID is a public-facing ID in-game. Player ID is the one you should be wary about sharing with other players. That being said, we are the verified CODM account also any info we collect is to share with our devs. Thanks!

Since last update I get the error "timeout" again and again, can't even get to main lobby. Heres what I've try:

to clean game data, tried to uninstall/reinstall. Check my wifi and 4G/5G connections, I even tried to hard reset my phone (OnePlus 9Pro), AND NOW I tested to change my wife accounts from phones, and I realized the issue it's on MY ACCOUNT. And in everyone's account.

My account, keep the same error in her phone (Xiaomi 12) while my wife account works fine im my device.

So, if even trying to repair, reinstall and SWITCHING PHONES doesn't work, the problem its on the ACCOUNT. WTH is happening?

Why the devs don't answer us?? It's not like 2, or 3 people, THERE'S A LOT OF US!!

Please add custom or unlimited time limit in single player training. 5 mins isn't enough to practice nades lineup. 1-2 hour time limit should be a good time limit.

Hey there, thanks for the feedback! We think this makes a lot of sense. Since Single Player Map Training is a brand new feature the team is looking for feedback on ways it can be improved. We'll forward this along to them.
