A lot of animated frames have been bugged for a while and still not fixed they are not properly animated like they used to be please fix the animations/effects of the animated frames.
Hey there, thanks for bringing this to our attention! Do you happen to have the names of the animated frames you have noticed become not animated? What device are you playing on? About when did you notice these changes happen? These questions will be super valuable to the team in identifying this issue.

Thanks for the shotgun nerf in BR. I think I can speak for EVERY BR warrior when I say that this was long overdue. the hs0 (Winchester 1887) isn’t nerfed however, and still has insane range.. is this intentional or will this shotgun also be nerfed like the others?

Hey there! Love the enthusiasm for the new season and am glad to hear you're enjoying the new content.
We don't have a concrete update about 2fa. Generally speaking, it is something we all would love to have to help secure accounts even more, but it is something that is tricky to incorporate because of all the various ways players can log in to COD:M. Will continue to bug the teams about it though. HUD sharing functionality would be cool to see too!

I’ll start off with my biggest critique
-DIAMOND CAMOS ON MYTHICS-
This update, those of us who have the Mythic AK-47 had the completionist camos change.
Previously the AK had a color transition/shift effect in the base skin, even with a completion camo equipped. Now the camo completely covers the base skin’s color shift.
I know I’m not the only one who was really unhappy about this change. Especially after the skin was released over a year ago.
This change, similar to the chains on the Krig-6 using the completion camo instead of base transition/shifting, wasn’t discussed with the community and in my opinion wasn’t necessary.

For the Mythic weapon feedback, totally understand the frustration here. The last thing we want to do is make something *worse* with our updates, especially something as high quality as a Mythic. Let me ping the team so they can check that out, sounds like a bug to us though. There is in general lots of work being done around how completionist camos work with other blueprints so it could be an unintended effect from that.
BP Coins - super valid suggestion. This is still a relatively new feature to our game so feedback like this is super valuable in how we want to continually optimize and improve the feature.
Zombies, sadly there isn't much we can share around Zombies at this time. We know that isn't a great answer for the community but we will share more info on Zombies' futur...

Crates in the For You section, they have been allegedly bugged since Season 1 - Reawakening. People are stuck with the same three crates (Darkly Divided, Going Gaz and Heat Stroke crate in my case). I request you look into this and address the problem. People are getting sick of the same three crates for over two months now.
Speaking of For You crates, do you plan on introducing the Firewall crate (you know, the one with E3N Ethan and DR-H - Cyber Security variant) in either the For You section or the Crates section of the store? I have saved over 30 gold coupons for Ethan.
If four different versions of Nuketown can coexist, why not Shipment 2019 and Shipment 1944? People would love to play on Shipment 1944 once again.

Yeah, we kind of talked about this in another comment, but we are checking in with the team to see if this is a bug or not. The For You section pulls from a pool of options so if players have purchased over a certain amount of other crates in that pool they would be unable to rotate. But that being said, it seems like this is happening to a vast majority of players so we suspect something else is going on. We'll check in a see how often these are supposed to be rotating out!
We don't have a tone of visibility in the crates coming up in the For You section but we can always pass the feedback along to the team! Based on this and 5. We're assuming you are an Ethan main, love to see it.

We recently asked the community on our socials which Battle Pass they want to see brought back and the pre-gunsmith era Battle Passes was one of the main topics of discussion. The most annoying part is that you guys have never fixed the time out error ( I have attempted to open the game like 5x unsuccessfully) The other bug is the reject all invitations it has been broken for several seasons (it no longer works) You have never fulfilled players request on ways that they could earn weapon sets after you reduxed some of the draws

The Club would have been perfect for this season! Sadly, we don't think there are plans on bringing back the Club but we can check just in case.
I loved the battle pass, guys. Congratulations on the beautiful work. But where is the MP's new lobby? Why haven't you changed the lobby yet?
Glad you love it and thanks for the kind words. Yeah, it was our understanding that with the addition of Safe House, there would be a new lobby tied to that. We will check in with the team to see if that was a bug, or if that part of the feature has yet to come.

We have shared how much the community loves Shipment 1944 pretty extensively and that's why we see it as a playlist for this season. We can continue that conversation with the team to figure out any reason why it isn't currently in core and if that can change in future seasons!

I've been asking below 3 questions since last 4-5 seasons but you are not even replying to it. A humble request to answer most of the questions that are asked in community post otherwise just disable the comment section so that me and other people won't waste time.

- When GKS Unicorn will be available in store again? It's been a really long time so pls fulfill this request.
2.Crates in the for you section are not rotating, we are stuck with the same 3 crates. Many people are facing this same issue and reported/posted here several time. Pls look into it.
- Is there any update when og Ak117 Meltdown draw will come back? Its been more than 3 years and still I'm unable to complete my weapon sets.
Hey there! The plan is to have at least 2 Community Updates per season going forward. We appreciate your dedication and will try and answer your questions as best we can this time around - and next time it hopefully won't take you asking for multiple seasons.
For question 2 about the crates, we can check in with the team about that one. To our knowledge, the for you section pulls from a pool of decided content, so if players have already received a certain amount of content in the pool, their rotation would appear to be stagnant. But, we will double-check with the team to make sure this isn't a bug.
For questions 1 & 3, we can forward that feedback along to the team who decides on what draws are reduxed! No promises of course, but seeing players asking for content always helps guide their decisions. Side note we also love the GKS Unicorn and want it back so we can get it.
