Thanks for explaining and that's very odd. We are checking into that to see if that's something we can manually change on our end or if this pre-selection (before it even starts) will matter.

Hey, is this in relation to the "Please Select the Combat Zone" and it told you that your region was Asia despite it originally be in EU? Did you happen to be on a VPN and set to that region, so it was detecting you there? Unclear if we can change or adjust that, but we'll check in with the team and get some details.

If you are both in the same region then that might be a bug or one of you is using an account that was setup for a different region. For example, if you live in Germany but you used a VPN to create your account in Canada and Canada isn't part of this first Tournament Mode launch then you'll have to wait until it hits that region too.

Our teams likes to perform tests like this to help gather live data and adjust those features before they open it up to all players in all regions.
The intent for any feature under testing is to use the data gathered to improve it and make it as best as we can before we launch it everywhere. With that said, this mode is launching in most regions and most players should be able to access it. We'll be adding more over-time and we'll make sure to note once it is available everywhere.

One question I had is that this season looks like we will be getting a new primary and melee as opposed to a primary and signature attachment. Does that mean new signature attachments are done for at the moment, or is there still a possibility of new signature attachments in the future?
Haha, thanks for the appreciation! What about Aniyah Incursion though? Just that it is also a larger map? In regards to 10v10, it is semi-frequent this season with a 10v10 playlist available every single weekend, starting Friday UTC and ending on at the end of Sunday UTC.

Not sure what causes it but it does happen, and it’s an issue for the same reason as the last one. - in Alcatraz, the multi-level building that has ALCATRAZ printed on the roof has a sound issue. Normally there are different footstep sounds for enemies on the same level as you, below you, and above you. However, in this building and this one only, there are no above or below footstep sounds, so everything sounds like it’s on the same level as you regardless of whether they’re above or below you. It’s very disorienting and makes it a pain to find the enemy in this buildin...

The maps we're getting from the newer call of duties are great and all but is there a chance that we will see much olders map from call of duties before Black Ops 4. There is a ton of maps from older games that did not make their reappearance for this game yet and I think the older side of the community deserves some attention for once! (Any reply u/cod_mobile_official?)
