Hey there,

G-Portal suffered an outage in one of its nodes, which is likely the cause for this issue. It should be resolved by now.

We know you are very excited and anxious about the next PC patch, but unfortunately we've once again had to make the decision to move the release of the patch. We are still struggling with some unresolved issues that needs to be addressed before the patch goes live.

We're mainly struggling with issues related to the building system. One issue would cause building pieces to disappear, which would result in lost crafting materials and time spent. A second issue would render buildings invisible alltogether.

Admittedly, our patching estimates also needs improvements.

Our current target is early next week and we hope we have more positive news then.

Once again we would like to thank you all for your support and patience, especially our TestLive players who helped us find these issues.

Yes, this hotfix is intended to fix the stuttering during normal gameplay. The performance optimizations regarding player-made buildings will come in a later patch.

You got answers to your Private Messages both from me and Ignasi on our official forums. Additionally, we also answered your friend. We also directly answered in your thread on our official forums. There is a zero tolerance policy for us to have exploit threads open and we hide them as is clearly stated in our community guidelines for our official forums.

I am not sure why there is need to yet make another thread here while we clearly stated that we are looking into the issue. I also really fail to see how we don't care while answering both PMs and threads on our official forum.

As mentioned both in PMs and in the thread, we know it's frustrating to be the target of exploits. That is never fun and we are currently actively working on fixing those exploits. There are fixes on TestLive already and one of the next patches to TestLive will bring more focused exploit fixes.

The game should run more smoothly now after this hotfix.

Hope that cleared it out :)

After a round of internal testing of the current Testlive build we encountered some additional critical issues. We do not feel comfortable patching Testlive to the live PC branch with these issues, so we have decided to move the release of the patch so we can address them accordingly. After this mornings final test we noticed some issues with rotating building pieces when in vicinity of another player. We would like to address this first which means the patch will be delayed by another day. The patch is now targeted for release on Tuesday at 3pm CET. Apologies for the delay!

UPDATE (Feb 19th, 2019)

We made an active decision to not be vague with our estimates (ie - “it’s ready when it’s ready” or “soon”) and instead let you know which target days we had in mind and felt relatively confident in hitting. Unfortunately we did run into several issues while doing final checks on the dif...

This will be fixed when this patch rolls out :)

UPDATE We decided to not patch today as we know many of you will be playing and we would like to be able to address potential issues as soon as possible without having to interrupt your prime play-time. The patch is now targeted for release on Monday at 3pm CET.
