I checked out the video you linked to and in that particular case it appears to be a G-portal employee taking matters into their own hands, not someone from Funcom. We have a patch coming out for consoles this week that we believe will help with servers being DDoS'ed/flooded with commands by players. We will continue to investigate this issue and release patches as necessary.
