Apologies for the slow response! We’ve just released 0.7.8d, which should automatically fix this issue. If the character is still missing, please contact support with a .zip of your Saves folder, which is located in the same place as your log file.
I can see Celebrimbor the level 17 Veteran was deleted on Fri 27 Oct 2023 16:22:05 UTC.
Unfortunately. we’re not yet able to restore operatives. What we can do is level up a recreated Veteran to match your previous one.
Disappointingly, this would be without any of the operative’s previous equipment, as we have no visibility of it once deleted.
Could you recreate the Veteran and let me know once done, please?
