With it, we are kicking off a #Dayzbasebuilder challenge. 
Winner will get the opportunity to have their own Flag in-game 
1.09 introduces the Flag Pole.

I can confirm that we are aiming for September (all platforms). So far we remain confident to hit this target but will keep the community updated if any concerns to release dates change.
