To answer your question, it gives you noclip and invisibility. As for the NDA channels we'll be fixing the bot issue and you'll be able to receive the role when you accept the NDA once it's fixed.

Due to requirements put in place by Steam, we are unable to allow any further people to become backers. You will, unfortunately, need to wait until the game enters Early Access to play Dead Matter.
