Also please can we have an official announcement not chasing comments in various reddit threads. There is a lot of speculation about the website again. Can you clear that up and provide approximate timescales as well as be realistic about how many people will be getting keys and when they will be able to actually check?

These are the keys we received last night.
We'll be updating as we can and as we receive good information and when we get approval to do so. I know that isn't what anybody wants to hear, but it's the best we can do right now.

I wasn't aware that the keys would be limited. I may have missed something but I thought as long as you backed you were going to get a key.
Everyone who backed is getting a key. It may just take some time as we have a limited number to distribute.

We didn't communicate this earlier because we weren't using the method we're using now at all.
Ho w do you get a key to claim on the site to activate. I thought you get the key on the site which isn't working. Maybe I'm stupid but this makes no sense to me.
The site is working, but it's being hit hard. If you're having trouble connecting, I'd suggest waiting a bit before trying again. If you have keys, they're already yours. There's no need to worry about getting in first.
So are people who got duplicate keys going to have to wait until Monday or even later for their issue to be resolved?
Some have keys now. Others will have to wait. We will update on Monday once we know more.
