You need to create a QI account on https://qisoftware.ca with the same email as your kickstarter account. This will grant you your pack(s) on the orders tab.

To answer your question, it gives you noclip and invisibility. As for the NDA channels we'll be fixing the bot issue and you'll be able to receive the role when you accept the NDA once it's fixed.
