Our team has found the cause of this issue and are working towards releasing a fix as soon as possible. As a temporary workaround, this occurs when hovering over some parts of the Archives. Avoiding tooltips/restarting the game if one appears prevents the cursor from appearing.

@Rainshadow94 Hello Rain, Hotfix 1 is scheduled to come out tomorrow. If you can't play because of the cursor issue that won't be resolved until hotfix 2, currently it occurs if you highlight a tooltip, restarting and avoiding tooltips is a current work around. Hope this helps
