@Skrawll69 Before, players were sent to any server with an acceptable ping which could lead to be matched with sub-optimal servers. Now, players will be sent to their closest server. We'll be monitoring our servers capacity and adjust based on the demand to offer the best experience.

Some players have been facing an issue that causes partial loss of progress. We found one cause of the issue and are planning a fix for the mid-chapter update. In the meantime you can use this workaround: restart the game client after using the Custom game feature. Thank you.
