@iynDCG PS4 currently has crossplay, but PS5 does not for the time being. We'll need to fix this in an update which we're trying to prepare as soon as possible.
An update has been deployed to resolve this issue on Playstation 4. All Playstation players should now be able to get in a match.

@uchihawhxre That sounds like the PS4 issue- you may have the wrong version installed. Downloading the PS5 version should get you back in the game while we work on a fix for PS4.
@diegoabreu11 You may have the PS4 version of the game installed. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can, but in the meantime, downloading the PS5 version should get you back into the game.
@BestSwfts That is likely the reason why, yes. If you install the PS5 version, it should work in the meantime. We'll work on getting the PS4 version fixed ASAP.

@MrConfident1212 We're working on both simultaneously! There's different issues on each platform, and the one for PS4 is a little trickier to fix. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have news to share.
@GeniusPandaa Unfortunately I don't have an ETA just yet, but we're hoping to get crossplay restored as soon as we possibly can.
@ConnorStJimmy It's still to be determined, but we're working on getting it resolved as soon as we can! Re-enabling crossplay will require a game update first.
