In more than one word: Each country has their own laws for contests, and that sadly means that we can't legally open the contest to every country.

@canadia47 As long as it's clear what your concept is, that's fine! We pick the submissions we feel would make the best outfits, not necessarily the best art.

We try to open the contest to as many countries as we can, but we're unfortunately bound by law here.
@KittyYuzu_ That's totally fine. This isn't an art contest, we're looking for the most creative and fitting outfits. Having some nice art to present it would certainly help, but it's not a must.
