Hi all
Our latest patch seem to have triggered several 3rd party Anti Virus programs to believe DRG is hostile. This is ofcourse NOT the case, but is just a false positive.
This can be easily solved by allowing the DRG game files when prompted, or releasing them from quarantine if they have already been blocked. PLEASE NOTE: It is not enough to close your anti virus, as that will still keep the files blocked.
Lastly, this is not an issue we have control over, so we cannot "fix" the false positive unfortunately. I wont tell you what to do, but in general, if you have Windows Defender turned on, there is little reason to also have a separate anti virus running, as it will mostly just use your PC's resources with little benefit.

This is the issue. I wont tell you what to do, as this isnt "PC advice" but in general, nowadays, all you need is windows defender. If you have an anti virus, then you need to go in and make sure the game files are not blocked or quarantined. If they are, you need to release/unblock them. My reference for this guy was that meme with the really sweaty and stressed dude groaning and hammering loudly at his keys. Sadly I'm not savvy enough to know the name, but it always makes me laugh. I hope I get to make more dumb bots soon... :D
