Yes, we do, there is regular reporting that we send to the team and I do source plenty of it from here. Similar to the support team, I am not able to post to every thread acknowledging them personally, but I do read them all, and ensure that the community’s voice is heard. This doesn’t always mean a fix is easy, or that we can implement everything asked for (much of it conflicting), but it does drive changes that the team makes.

The support team uses threads created in the Bug Report forum to create internal tickets for the team. Unfortunately, if they were to reply to threads there, an expectation would arise that players would be receiving live, instant technical support, and that would not be scalable. Hope that gives a little more insight!

We first want to thank the Diablo community for the feedback since the launch of Season 3 earlier this week. We have been listening and collecting feedback and will be releasing a patch late tonight (Patch 1.3.0a). This patch helps with some changes and fixes to a few key items we have been hearing in the feedback including the Seneschal Construct, Vaults & Arcane Tremors and the Echo of Malphus. *Fixed an issue with Enhanced Lightning Storm passive not preserving stacks correctly.

Hi all -

We would like to let players know that there is a quest currently in Season 3 titled 'Drums of the Vault" that is leading to a progression blocker for players on local co-op. We are working on a fix for this and plan to have this out later this week. We will update players once this has been addressed.

A workaround for this is to not play this quest via local co-op on consoles until the fix has been released.

  • Metamorphosis: Unstoppable duration changed to a flat rate instead of scaling with Vampiric power level.

    • Unstoppable duration changed to 2.5 seconds at all levels. No longer increases per level.
    • Damage increased from 80%/120%/160% to 110%/180%/250%

  • Note: Metamorphosis in-game tooltip will not reflect these new values, and will be updated at a later date through a client update.
