[2022] Connection to server timed out

Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop this from happening. 

First, I'd recommend starting out with the basic and advanced connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into any issues after that please let me know. Thanks! 

Hi @You_A_Bot215 If you haven't already, can you try going through the following steps and check if this continues?

 

• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check any AV or Firewall that might interfere/control network traffic
• Check your Modem/router settings for anything that may block/interfere with network traffic
• Switch from Wi-Fi to ethernet, or if unable move closer to your router. 
• Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Hi @GroovyCarnitas Can you try the steps I posted above as well as the following?

 

• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Restore Licence
• Open your PSN NAT Type
