[2022] Siege doesn't despawn after you place it in Cyrodiil (All Campaigns)

Just as the title details, after you place ANY siege and it decays it'll remain on the map and take up a siege placement for the keep. You can't even place siege around the ghosted ones.

Thanks! We're aware of this issue and are looking to see if we're able to hotfix it. More details to come.

Just to update, we're currently testing a hotfix that we hope to roll out within the next 24 hours. We'll keep you all posted on the status.
