Hey CMDR,

In order for the launcher to pick up your Odyssey access, your Frontier account needs to be linked to your Steam account following the steps here.

Once that's done, make sure that you use the "Steam log in" button to access the game.

Hi there! If you purchased the game through Steam, you should just need to use the STEAM LOG IN button to access the game (but you may need to restart the launcher to see this button).

If you have any issues with this, you can send us a ticket via https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us and we can look into this with you :)

Hey CMDR,

Game files will be downloaded to temp folder in C drive and there isn't a way to change it as far as I know. After the installation, temp files will be removed.

Hello! The “Can’t connect to Frontier servers” error message is almost always the result of common networking problems you’ve likely encountered before: a weak or intermittent WIFI signal, the wrong network adapter being utilised, or a router that needs restarting.

Please do try:

• Using a wired connection

• Opening the Network menu from the main menu Options, selecting the Network Adapter box and ensuring the correct network adapter is being used (important if you have multiple adapters or use a VPN)

• Restarting your router

Hello CMDR, you can use the Galaxy map filters to easily find an Interstellar Factors. If you believe that the fine is a funky one then you can contact us at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new to look into it.
