Hello Lumia Island survivors!

We would like to provide information regarding our Season 2 Preseason Grab Bag Drops and Season Final Drops related matters.

1. S2 Preseason Grab Bag Drops (Back To Normal)

From 15:00 PM on October 29th to approximately 5:00 AM on October 30th (UTC), there was a problem with Twitch Drops permissions that temporarily prevented the setup of Drops in the Eternal Return streams category. The cause has been identified and has now been resolved.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope you can still enjoy the rest of the event by watching Eternal Return streams and getting your Grab Bag Drops!

2. Season Finals Broadcast Drops (Back To Normal)

Some players who received Drops rewards during the 1st hour of the Season Finals live broadcast from 5:00 to 7:00 AM (UTC) on Saturday, October 28th were unable to redeem the [Chunsia Announcer Pack].

• Melee Damage 10 +(22% Skill Amplification) -> 10 +(27% Skill Amplification)
  
• Ranged Damage 10 +(16% Skill Amplification) -> 10 +(21% Skill Amplification)

Bug Fixes

• Boxes will now dissappear when ordering Tac. Skill Module from the Kiosk.
  
• Downed test subjects will no longer appear to stand up and the remaining timer will now be properly displayed.
  
• Chiara: Plague will no longer reset when using Last Judgement (R2) on a downed enemy.
  
• The game will no longer end with an unknown error pop-up during Escape Voting.

• Isol's MOK Operational Mine (R) damage not matching the tooltip.
  *Actual damage is applied as normal.
  
• Augments - Healing Drone's activation range not matching the tooltip.
  *Actual triggers are applied as normal.
  
• Guardian Suit: [Unique Passive] Enlightenment - Spearhead's cooldown not being displayed.
  *The actual cooldown is normally 8 seconds.
  
• Tactical Armor: [Unique Passive] Enlightenment - Spearhead's cooldown not being displayed
  *The actual cooldown is normally 1 second.
