I don't quite know what you are saying here, but playing Ironman does not mean you can't take screenshots. They are unrelated functions. And as @grotaclas says, bug reports should have saved games attached to them too. Lacking either of those, I'm not surprised your reports do not get actioned.

Paradox do not moderate the Steam discussion groups, they are entirely run by Steam.

And, making multiple accounts here to circumvent a ban is a bannable offense in its own right.

Why not? If you are in unmodded Ironman you should get them, being banned from the discussion group has no effect on achievements.
