We saw this in CK3 recently

Those reports seem to have stopped so I guess Epic have updated their client, or whatever was causing it. Can you check their client is up to date?
And if you have Mouse Trails or anything similar configured in Windows, turn that off.
No Mouse Cursor in Game
Information I have verifed my game files (Steam only) Yes I have disabled all mods Yes I am running the latest game update Yes Required Summary No Mouse Cursor in Game Description I am unable to play the game.
