Hrm, further investigation suggests this is in some fashion a known problem with flicking between QT versions:

I haven’t looked any further into it, but my guess is that this might just be happening because in this update you moved from qt 5.11 to 5.12. Given that the launcher isn’t exiting properly, the two running versions may have been fighting with each other.

I’m very glad to hear that. To update you all on the current status then this is my latest reply to Cloudflare (and copied to WOW! Internet):

To update you on the latest status: A few players came back to us saying that starting from Wednesday the connection got much better. Then starting from Friday there are no disconnects for those players who replied to us.

We here at CCP made no changes on those days.

Can you tell us if Cloudflare made any changes on either of those days (20 and 22 May) or if Cloudflare and WOW! jointly made some changes, such as peering in ORD/Chicago?

The E0523 I’m not particularly worried about. It puts a lot of noise on the console, but I’m not sure it has any ill effects. I’m not sure what that server is, but I’ll check in with the launcher team about it. It’s probably a content server for some part of the UI.

I’m more worried about the crash. Does that happen under any specific circumstances?

We’re still figuring out if we can incorporate that into the MER workflow since providing analysis as well as raw data will significantly expand the scope of this task for our economic council. Please note that agreeing with the statement isn’t the same as committing to it.

This is just the behaviour of our CMS unfortunately. Short of going through to each one, editing the source and adding a target=_blank HTML tag I don’t see an easy way of doing it. CTRL+clicking on the image should work, or the good, old fashioned right click -> open in new window.

Update 5/22: A fix went live at downtime today that restored the SP to the redeem queue for those accounts who had it incorrectly go to inventory as an item.

If for some reason you received the SP as an item on your account but have not gotten the SP in your redeem queue please submit a ticket and let us know. The item will continue to remain in your inventory until Tuesday next week.

This should be handled just like it is currently in wormhole space. The contract is canceled and the items will get sent back to hangar to be dropped.
