This is affecting all users at the moment.

When you unlock a new rank, you will get that associated reward, but we are currently investigating a bug within the ranks that is not retroactively awarding the unlocked cosmetics from before the season started. Rest assured you will get 'em ASAP, but we're looking into it at the moment.

Important notes for this update now:

• The team are still investigating the retroactive awards for Crown Ranks - this will not be fixed for you at this second. This should be by end-of-week, and I will let you all know when that is in place or if that changes!
  

To summarise the issue, players have seen that they have not been awarded items retroactively for their crown ranks. They may be Rank 20, but have 0 rewards. Future items will unlock for you all instantly, but we are working on these retroactive ones now.

• Hex-A-Gone has been disabled temporarily whilst we investigate the issues that were present before we took matchmaking down. I'll update you all with an ETA on a fix for this level when I have updates myself!

You might be able to if you contact our CS Support Staff. They can check your logs I think and make a decision about that - I can't do anything my side I'm afraid!

@trichoglossusbee my regular item shop is still showing all but two items as “coming soon”. Shouldn’t this be full up with new items from season 3?

The issues we're currently seeing were not known issues or bugs during testing, and we're working as hard as we can to get the game back up so you can all play.

Working on it! We're still working our way through this fix as it stands, but holding out that it won't be too much longer for you all.

Unfortunately not yet, as everything is quite fluid when it comes to these kinds of issues. I can't see it being more than a few hours at most.

Protip - don't talk to people this way. I'm giving as many updates as I can through this subreddit as time goes on.

We are also working through a bug with awards not being given for crown ranks. You might find that if you completed a level and got awarded a crown, that you unlocked a reward - but it's the retroactive awards that we are investigating (i.e, /u/Japperzz6's comment)
