Reposting this here too for anyone not in the loop:

Important notes for this update now:

  • The team are still investigating the retroactive awards for Crown Ranks - this will not be fixed for you at this second. This should be by end-of-week, and I will let you all know when that is in place or if that changes!

To summarise the issue, players have seen that they have not been awarded items retroactively for their crown ranks. They may be Rank 20, but have 0 rewards. Future items will unlock for you all instantly, but we are working on these retroactive ones now.

  • Hex-A-Gone has been disabled temporarily whilst we investigate the issues that were present before we took matchmaking down. I'll update you all with an ETA on a fix for this level when I have updates myself!

It's BadBot :) based on BeanBot, an AI Fall Guy that took over our social networks for a while in September.

Edit: I mispoke when I said there was a goodbot faceplate haha it's just beanbot or badbot. beanbot is goodbot. there is a lot to unpack with the beanbot saga.

I won my first game and not only didn't it advance the crown rank, it didn't even give me the crown.

This shouldn't be happening at all. Anyone seeing this - please let me know if this is happening to you.

OP, please let support.fallguys.com know that you haven't been given a crown after a win so they can look into it. This is the first instance I have seen for this.

For the retroactive issue, I've said pretty much everywhere on this sub and in the stickied posts on the front page that we are investigating a fix to award all retroactive unlocks.

This is extremely unusual and although I have seen sporadic reports of disconnects today, not to this extent. Sorry it's happening to you.
