I donβt fully understand the grab mechanic. Sometimes they shoot away, sometimes they just let go, sometimes they push back, and I donβt feel like I have any control lol
So to shed some light on it there are two 'outcomes' for a grab.
Either the grabber lets go (in which case you're just released), or they hold on and a grab 'break' happens, which applies a force to both Fall Guys involved.
Because it's a physics based game this 'force' can be a bit unpredictable currently. Players jumping or moving in weird ways can change how much effect this force has- plus when you factor in latency things can get a bit more janky too.
We're keeping an eye on clips/gameplay to see how players are using it, and will make changes if the meta becomes a little too aggressive. Good luck out there!
