Hey, I know I’m hijacking this thread a little but I have a support ticket that’s been stuck for a while with no communication back from support. Can I dm you my ticket number as well so you can possibly look into it further?

I did around noon yesterday and updated it with the new information I added to this post. I hope it helps them figure out whats going on as it is the weirdest stuff I've seen that nothing seems to help.

I created a thread on Bethesda forums with little attention.
Summarizing replies from many sources: seems platform independent, windows version independent, started exactly the day of the last patch, gets worse the longer logged into a server, reinstalling doesn't help , character independent.
I thought maybe lag due to stuff in my character inventory, but started a new character with nothing and same symptoms.
Can you still file a ticket for me and send that ticket number to me? By having that ticket we can pull your account and look into this issue closer than just troubleshooting.

Hm. Any word on a date that refund may have happened? My atoms fluctuate so much that im sure i missed it. All i know is, i got the email 30 minutes ago, and there is no difference in my atoms over the last like 12 hours.

I believe it was a few days ago, so you would have gotten your atoms before yesterday.
Players who bought the astro-turf from the atomic shop prior to the sale, got the difference in atoms back. You didn't need to make a ticket, it was automatically done. These surveys are sent out after a ticket has been closed so you're welcome to provide feedback or not!
