We addressed this in a previous update but if you're still experiencing this we'd like to take a look at your account and see if we can reproduce this. Can you send me your bethesda.net username and platform you're on through a DM?

This isn't something I'm aware of us doing. We do read all the feedback on here, though, so if there is a particularly popular item that players want to see return we can let the team know.

Found the solution myself, but thank you for trying to help. It turns out that some people with waselander edition on steam, when they first download it, steam skips the first time installation setup. Because of that it skips downloading the dll files and other directx 11 files. The solution is to download a game through steam that uses directx 11 and directx12 (my games were Fallout 4 with directx 11 and Sid Meier's Civilization 6 as my directx 12 game). Steam ran the first time setup and after cleaning the folder of 76 (deleting the entire folder after uninstalling the game through steam, folder is in steam>steamapps>common) and then reinstalling it fixed all the issues. Hope this helps someone else in the future

Thank you for that info! I will make sure our CS team is aware of this for troubleshooting.

Yes, I just need that ticket number :)

This is the ticked id, from my understanding it moved to some other group but I got no info/confirmation if anything was going to happen.

Can you post it again? I don't see the ticket number in the comment.

No. As I typed in the post, I tried both with and without headset. After completely factory resetting the computer I never even plugged in any headsets. Everything plugged into my computer is a mouse, keyboard, WLAN cable and hdmi cable to my monitor.

That's so strange! Do you have an existing support ticket that I can escalate?

Are you by any chance using an arctis headset? I had this same problem when I realized my headset output changed from "Arctis 7 game" to "arctis 7 chat"
