No matter how low I set the game settings, the game stutters badly. This didn't happen during the closed beta. please help!

Hi all! If this is typically happening when you're getting hit, it may be related to using a Bluetooth controller (as BRolf02 said). Please try plugging in the controller and this may alleviate the issue.

Please let us know your graphics cards and CPUs, if peripherals do not appear to be causing the problem.

Can you try the fix described on this page?: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...macro-stutters

You need to press Ctrl + Alt + Del, click More Details, then right-click the For Honor .exe, and select "Go to details." Then set priority to "high." Be extremely careful with the Real Time priority option (if available on your machine) as this makes the application have a higher priority than almost every other process - which obviously can include some important stuff.

I have this game from day 0. The fps drop started from season 5 patch.
I play a couple of dominion matches, then fps goes from 100 to 50 >40>30>20>10 and beign kicked out of the match.
I' ve tried both in windows 7 and 10 . I' ve also tried every "fix" on the forums/youtube.

GTX 970 4 gb

this rig can run every other triple A games even now in 2019
Hello again Basaktor, I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering issues with Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) when trying to run For Honor. What is the exact error message that you're receiving? Are you able to provide a screenshot of it?

In the meantime, please do take a look at our dedicated FAQ for EAC, and let me know if the information provided helps you to resolve the issue.

With regard to your FPS issues, I'd recommend completing our basic PC troubleshooting guide, in particular disabling background applications, to see if there is any improvement to your performance.

Hi WoefulGuardian!

Do you still have the same problem after going through the steps listed here?

Hello there TechnoKnight69!

Could you please clarify the issue you're encountering further for me? Are you encountering an EAC error? Or are you just encountering low FPS and stuttering when playing the game?

Have you been able to try any of the workarounds suggested already within the thread, such as these troubleshooting steps?

Thanks!
