Hello Queens and Kings,

What could possibly be a better start to the new year than an update of your favorite game? The update to 1.195 will take place on XX.XX. Please note, this update contains changes from the iterations 1.194 and 1.195 combined, due to the holiday period.
There will be a short period of downtime during the update, we apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.

We are always aiming for the best quality of text and translations offered in our game. As Forge of Empires is localized to over 20 different languages, it may happen that the quality of the translations is not always meeting our standards. We have internal quality tests in place to make sure that we always deliver the best quality, but mistakes still happen.

Therefore, we are asking you for help in reporting any text issues that you are coming across in Forge of Empires in this thread.


Text issues that should be reported:

• Grammar mistakes.
• Spelling mistakes.
• Text overlapping with boxes.
• Text not being correctly displayed.
• Wrong context or descriptions.
• Missing text.
• Missing translations (meaning the text is displayed in English).

• Fixed an issue where players were unable to place a premium expansion in their settlement if they only had one premium expansion left
• Fixed a visual issue in the message center where the top message on the second page of guild threads was encircled while it shouldn't have
• Fixed an issue where incidents where covered by black patches or pixelated
• Fixed an issue where incidents appeared behind the Artic Harbour or Oceanic Terminal

• Fixed a visual issue where if a player used up a buff (f.e. the supply boost of the Lighthouse of Alexandria), the icon in the buff bar turned black instead of disappearing on the bar
• Fixed an issue where the collect all button didn't collect every production when the player wasn't part of a guild

• Fixed an issue where quests sometimes would trigger incorrectly
