**Update (January 10) ** We’re in the process of granting 1,000 V-Bucks to impacted Fortnite Crew subscribers. Along w/ the 1,000 V-Bucks grant, impacted subscribers are receiving a 500 V-Bucks bonus.

If you haven’t received your V-Bucks or see an error message, we’re still completing the process.

Please note: if you’re subscribed to Fortnite Crew on Xbox and seeing an “Unable to claim recurring rewards” error while playing on other platforms, please log back into the game on Xbox to resolve the error message.

Original Update We’re investigating an issue in which Fortnite Crew members are not receiving their V-Bucks and appear inactive despite renewing their subscription in January.

Crew members who renew automatically will continue to be subscribed, but their V-Bucks will be delayed as we work on a fix.

Known issues addressed by v15.20

If you're experiencing a crash specifically when launching Fortnite on PC, please select "Verify" in the Epic Games launcher.

You can access this option by clicking "..." on Fortnite in your Library.

We've made adjustments to the amount of Bars players start with in Competitive playlists.

Use these Bars to plan your dropspot and get a leg up on the competition!

The service issue with Houseparty video chat in Fortnite has been resolved. If the feature is still down for you, try relaunching the game or returning to the Lobby after a session.

We're investigating an issue in Creative where Billboard text is not appearing in published Islands and in the Creative Hub. We will keep you updated as we continue to investigate.

With the release of v15.20, we’ve made adjustments to our recent pre-edit options. With “Disable Pre-Edits” ON, all player-built structures will be uneditable until actually placed in the environment.

Downtime for v15.20 has ended.

Have a blast in battle with the new Lever Action Shotgun, and lay down a few Bars for a new Exotic-class weapon: the Hop Rock Dualies. Pick the Dualies up and get the drop on your opponents.
