Fiends are spawning late or not at all in Creative and Playgrounds

Description There is an issue with Fiends spawning late and in some cases, not at all in Creative and Playgrounds.

UPDATE: The issue has been mitigated. We’re still working towards improvements with Fiends in Creative and will continue to monitor their performance in featured islands.
