I've produced a video clip just now demonstrating on how to perform them.
There's one last thing but I don't know if it got patched or not since I keep forgetting to test it again with a friend on current version.
Apparently it's possible for those that haven't been granted island edit permissions to leave sprays on the owner's island. This probably be classed as an exploit. Owner can still delete them but may not be aware of the action being done.

Our team was able to reproduce some of these bugs, but not all. Are you able to show any video or pictures of the first (billborad issue) and last (hologram displaying 2-4 blocks away) issues?
Also, the issues relayed here around the infinity blade are intended behavior right now.
