We’ve just released an update which addresses stability issues and an issue preventing some players from logging in.

There is no downtime, but a download is required.

UPDATE: This patch will also address the issue that caused players to crash when freezing a Smasher.

Hey everyone,

We just wanted to give you a heads up that we've uncovered an issue in which causes your clients to crash in Wargames, Endurance, and/or Normal missions.

If a player freezes a Smasher by use of Freezing Trap or Freezing ability.. your client may crash resulting in lost progress of your mission. Here is a Trello Card for tracking of this issue.

We're working to get this issue resolved.

UPDATE: We've released a client patch this morning (6.20) that will address this issue. Thank you!...

The fix for this actually requires a full client. A hotfix wouldn't be able to resolve this. We're working to get this taken care of for the v9.40 client.

Thanks for the tag on this! We have a suspicion that this is happening when a Flame Smasher is frozen by the use of an ability or trap.

Do you recall having any of these in your base? We have out team running multiple test to pinpoint why it's specific to flame smashers. Definitely animation related.

We're currently diving into what is causing these crashes. We have a high suspicion that it is related to Fire Smashers being frozen by traps / hero abilities. We're deep diving to find out a little more.

Hey there! There was actually an issue with his perk that was giving you the commander bonus of 12 energy regeneration instead of the 4 when he was slotted as a support. He is still an insanely good farmer!

However, this wasn't properly included in the notes. In v9.40 we'll be marking him eligible for a reset.

Thanks for the heads up u/VivaR3V. These are definitely not the correct rewards. Did you happen to crash or have to rejoin at all during your time in the Endurance?

There have been several reports of players doing Endurance and receiving the correct rewards so I'm trying to rule out how and where this issue started. Disconnecting and reconnecting may be the issue. (If that happened for you)

Hey everyone! I'm glad you guys are enjoying this weapon. It's definitely unique and a ton of fun to use! However, there currently seems to be an issue with it's fire rate. I hit another thread with this so I'll quote it here for you all.

The Plasmatron fire rate appears to be a lot lower than intended. We're looking into getting this fixed. You can expect to see more shots once this is resolved. About 4.5ish for Shadow Shard and 5ish for Obsidian.
