External link →Happens to me on both pc and ps4. Pc specs : Intel Core I7-7700HQ, Nvidia Gtx 1050 Ti, 16 Gb Ram, Graphics driver version 391.25. Backpack space is 172/220, i noticed that the more space i have the more likely i load into a mission and after hitting anything above 190/220 the game wont load no matter what.
Thank you! Can you hit the issue again, close your client (might have to force it if your client is locked), and then send me your client logs?
There are few ways you can do this:
It would be a great help if anyone impacted by this send me the client logs by following the above steps.
Thank you!

Other people with the same issue as me:
Could everyone being impacted by this please respond with the following:
Hopefully the above information can lead to some outliers that are still impacting players.
Thank you!
The only thing that has been working for me lately has been right when I am loading into a map, I have to start switching my computer audio between the internal (built in speaker) and my wireless headphones. From watching the logs, the connection seems to get stuck after a world inventory loaded (which I think has something to do with why we can sometimes fix by having less in our backpack).
There seems to be some async processes that just get stuck waiting for a response, and switching the audio a bunch forces these processes to flush, and I can load fine. If I forget to do this, I just get stuck at the loading.
I get the same problem on multiple computers and different locations (so it's not my internet Epic). It's account specific for us, and has something to do with inventory.
Hope this helps for anyone else getting stuck. It's really a pain and every patch I cross my fingers it will be fixed, but haven't been that lucky.
Hey there, Can you check your DMs please. Thank you!
Since u/elliotboney has exact logging information, making a copy of their account for testing may help us determine what is causing this. I've alerted the QA team that players are still being impacted by this.
Thank you for the tag everyone!
