The player feedback here on reddit and other places have been seen and passed along already to the team so they can look to make improvements.
Thanks for the reply! Do you also know why player two can't view his/her battle pass or challenges since season 2? I know it's probably because of the new battle pass screen but I just wanted an official statement on why it is like that just in case it's in the works to be added back soon. I hope it is gonna get fixed because I mainly play in splitscreen and it sucks I can't see my progress as I'm usually player two.

No. When the game freezes, i always have to close the game completely and open the game again. I did manage to report this issue via party hub. When I get the chance again, I'll record this issue, because the only thing I did is screenshot this loading screen when it froze. As for modes, i played mostly regular core modes (Solo, duos and squads)

Are you on WiFi or using data? Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall and if so are you still getting stuck at the same point?
After this happens can you go to the menu and provide feedback? This will help our team gather logs for the issue. Once you send feedback let me know!

What game mode does this happen in? Is one mode more likely to see this issue?
